Who we are
MinimalPOS is made by UIFLOW. We are a small product team, not a reseller — we write the software, run the infrastructure and answer the support email ourselves.
What we make
A cloud POS for restaurants, cafés and bars
Counter, table, takeaway, delivery and QR orders enter one flow, reach the kitchen as live tickets, and come back out as billing and shift reports. It is built for cafés, restaurants, bars, food courts, hotels, cloud kitchens and multi-outlet groups. It is currently free, limited-time offer.
An offline-first POS for retail shops
A desktop application for Windows and macOS that keeps billing when the internet does not. Billing, inventory, customers, invoices and reports, sold once for $100 rather than rented monthly. You can download it and run the free tier before deciding.
A white-label platform
The same restaurant platform, multi-tenant, under a partner's own brand and domain — with plans, subscriptions, roles and a super-admin view. Details on White label.
Why free, and what that means
Most restaurant POS products meter the parts that matter: a monthly fee per kitchen screen, per employee, per outlet, or a cut of every card payment. Small venues end up paying most for the features they use most. Our restaurant product is free during the current launch offer — a time-bound offer, which is why you will not see us call it “lifetime” anywhere. If that changes, existing accounts get notice by email first.
MinimalPOS does not process card payments and does not take a percentage of your sales. Whatever you use to take cards today keeps working.
How we source what we publish
Every competitor price on this site carries a link to the vendor's own published pricing page and the date we last checked it. Where a rival does something better than us, the comparison pages say so plainly — Compare lists what MinimalPOS does not do, including card processing, delivery-app sync and loyalty points.
We do not publish customer counts, ratings or testimonials we cannot attribute to a real, named customer. If you see a number on this site, it either comes from the product or comes with a source.
