What to include
- Support: which product (cloud restaurant POS or the retail desktop app), your operating system, and what you were doing when the problem appeared.
- Licensing and refunds: the email used at purchase and your PayPal order reference. See our Refund Policy.
- White label: the market you serve, roughly how many venues you expect to onboard, and the brand and domain you want to launch under. More detail is on White label.

Getting started without us
You do not need to talk to sales to try either product. The cloud restaurant POS is free to sign up for, and the retail app can be downloaded and run on its free tier.
