Refund Policy
Only one MinimalPOS product is paid for: the one-time retail POS licence. This page explains when it can be refunded and how to ask.

What this covers
The offline-first retail POS is sold as a one-time licence at $100 (USD), paid through PayPal. This policy applies to that purchase.
The cloud restaurant POS and everything under Free tools are free to use, so there is nothing to refund. The free tier of the retail POS is also free — you can try it before buying a licence.
The refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will process approved refunds back to the original PayPal payment method.
What qualifies
- The product does not work on your hardware and we cannot resolve it with you.
- The product is missing a capability you asked us about before buying and were told it had.
- You purchased in error, or purchased twice for the same business.
We may decline a refund where an activation key has been shared or published, where the request is outside the window, or where the purchase shows signs of fraud or abuse.
What happens to your licence
When a refund is issued, the associated activation key is deactivated and the licence ends. Your data stays on your own machine — the retail POS stores it locally — so exporting anything you want to keep before requesting a refund is worth doing.
How to request one
Email hi@uiflow.in from the address used at purchase, with your PayPal order reference and a short note on what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days, and to complete approved refunds within a further five.
If something is not working, it is often faster to write to us first — a good share of refund requests turn out to be setup or printer configuration issues we can fix the same day.
