An e-wallet is a stored-value app used to pay without a card — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay in Malaysia, TrueMoney and Rabbit LINE Pay in Thailand. Most now settle through the national QR standard.
For a merchant the practical question is not which wallets to support individually, but whether you accept the interoperable QR standard, which covers most of them at once.
A POS should record which method was used against the bill, so the payment mix in your reports reflects what actually happened at the counter.
